Claire Gregory is a senior majoring in finance with a minor in economics and collateral in international business. She is a member of the university-wide Chancellor’s Honors Program as well as the Greg & Lisa Smith Global Leadership Scholars Program in the Haslam College of Business. She is also an active member of Student Alumni Associates and Tennessee Capital Markets Society and a senior manager on the Carroll Torch Fund, a student-run investment fund in the college of business. I am at UTK as a Professional MBA student. My long-term goal is to gain hands-on experience in the different business functions of biotech/biopharma companies first by starting with a position in life science consulting or biotechnology equity research. I hope to found a company and/or join the C-Suite of a large company at some point during my career. Alternative long-term possibilities include working in private equity and/or venture capital.
